Definitely. Mine is only 55 ft high, and it works
very well. It was good enough for me to call cq
and have a run on 40 longpath into far Eastern
Europe in the cw dx contest two weekends ago.
Modeling says it's about 2 dB down from 76', and 4 dB
down from 96' at the useful angles, but it's still
very worthwhile, even at 55'.
