Can't tell you exactly where I read it but my impression of the UV
sensitivity is that the color will fade or change somewhat but the coating
will remain intact. To get a more lasting/consistent color, a topcoat is
required. Will see if I can find where I read that explanation.
At any rate, I painted my mast and above-ground guy-points and the stuff
seems to be doing fine after two years. Don't get it on you though because
it has to wear off! Expensive stuff too.

No, but POR-15 has an ultra-violet sensitivity and must be topcoated if
continually exposed to sunlight. Once topcoated, POR-15 will remain
effective for many years.
