I was not worried about electric codes when I buried mine out to my two
towers. I used sched 40 PVC water pipe, also known as 125PSI white PVC or
something similar to that at the local supplier. The supplier steered me
onto this stuff, I was going to buy sched 40 conduit put this stuff was
about 1/2 the cost and was easier to install. On the ends where I needed a
90 deg sweep I just used regular conduit sweeps and it worked great.
No problems so far. I am not sure how big you can get this stuff, I used 2.5
inch but I believe they had bigger stuff there also, it came in 20 ft
lengths.

Subject: [TowerTalk] Underground PVC Tubing?
What type of PVC Conduit Tubing is being used to protect control cables
and coax that is being buried? Looking at two 3 to 4 inch conduit....
I'm finishing a 2ft deep trench to my towers and looking for what is
being used and what can be purchased at home depot or Lowes.
10 ft or 20 ft lengths?
Thanks...
Rich
