You miss the whole point of insurance.  Insurance is there to cover you
against some *unlikely* event, not something which is *likely* to
happen.  That's why insurance companies refuse to insure people with a
history of claims which they think is excessive.  In their view, someone
who makes "excessive" claims on their home is likely to make "excessive"
claims on their car, too.  Right or wrong, it's their call, not yours.

Nobody, including you and me, has the *right* to expect that somebody
else, including insurance companies, will make good our losses.  If you
can find the insurance you want at a good price, fine.  If not, don't
whine about it.  They are in business to make a profit, not to furnish
and endless money source for people's problems.

Tough, but that's how the world works.
