Hey Todd,

You know, I kinda thought the initial answers you got to this question the first
time (26 April) were pretty unequivocal. :-) To wit.:

"9913 is not a good cable to use where flexing is encountered.
The center conductor can migrate off center and it needs to
make wide radius bends if long life is expected." - K8RI

"I would not use 9913 on a crankup tower. It's way too stiff and
will bow out. Over time, the constant bending will cause the
center conductor to migrate, affecting the cable impedance."
- WC1M

Nobody wrote in to say they thought it was a good idea. Flexible cables like
Belden 9913F7, LMR-400, and RF Bury-FLEX were recommended for this kind of
application.

Did you want some more opinions? OK, well, maybe you'll get some more! I'll
start by adding my two cents: No, it's not very workable. You oughta use a
flexible cable like Belden 9913F7, LMR-400, or RF Bury-FLEX.

There you go! ;-)
