Two cents worth!  I use a old automatic washer tub lad upside down on
the ground next to the tower pad.  The natural twist in the coax from 
75 ft. up helps it coil around the tub in a control fashion. Going up
it just uncoils itself without assistance. Just 2 cents worth.
