Apologies if this is a dumb question, but I am new to working on/with
towers. Our SkyWarn group has been given some of the heavier towers (plate
joints), and the bolts have a huge build-up of paint on the bolts. The area
is fairly remote, making it almost impossible to bring in electric/air
brushes. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
