[Antennaware] Velocity factor of insulated #14 stranded wire

        I know the new version of Eznec 4.0 handles this
but does anyone know the correction factor for insulated
#14 stranded wire (a la Home Depot).  My guess is that
it is about 95% but does anyone know for sure?
