It's nice to nail one every so often. Todd, you should do a couple of things 
right away:
1. Don't give your neighbor more information until you do your homework, and
2. Do your homework - get yourself a copy of ARRL's Antenna Zoning for the 
Radio Amateur.
It sounds like you have a pretty good situation in spite of your neighbor's 
objections, but you have to be careful not to make it worse. Another piece of 
advice - proceed slowly and always be friendly. Use the right approach and 
you'll end up with your new tower and still have a good relationship with your 
neighbor.
