Several guys have inquired about the coax disconnects

I have found them at all the major hamfests I have attended. Quality varies
with price. Good quality ones run around $3. Mechanically, the cheap ones
suffer the same fate as cheap T-connectors, they fall apart.
The PL 259 screws on to the 'quick disconnect'. The 'quick disconnect'
slides over the SO 238. It works well for HF at legal limit. I think there
might
be some problems with using them for VHF work...possibly lossy.
