Ken: I have a very simple method of accomplishing what you want to do.
Measure the ID of the corner tubing at the top of the section. Buy a couple
of pieces of all thread rod with 2 nuts for each rod. The rod diameter
should be a close slip fit for the tube ID. Drill holes in a piece of angle
or flat bar stock with the appropriate spacing for the all thread rods.
Attach the rods with the nuts at one end and slip the all thread rods inside
the tubing tops. The angle or flat stock extends as far out as you wish for
antenna attachment, 73, Dan, N5AR
