Thanks for the replies.

My 347 or whatever 40 meter 3 element on a 47ft boom had the
same balun you are describing. The balun was absolute junk.
It was seriously unbalanced on the output, and replacing it
with a good balun moved my antenna about 200 kHz in
frequency.

Anyway, that answers my question about the TB6. Thanks.
