if i not use hard line (heliax type or other brand) i will use the lmr cable
400 or 600 over any other brand in coax , the flex version for short runs
from antenna to antenna switch to made a good loop and never get a broken
aluminium copper clad center, no pl 259 , a N connector male one side and
other side female no need for a barrel , if a need to join a cable i will
try to put a lighting arrestor if the place is good, ( tower bottom, shack
entry )

why LMR , they claim 15 years cable life, i have some runs in the around
10yrs and look no problem .

9913, 213, RG8 in my experience short life.

my opinion.
