The cable on my TT-45 Wilson Crank-up tower rusted through and broke
inside the 4" outer tube. Installation instructions don't cover details
like how is the cable attached to the bottom of the inner 3.5" section. To replace the cable, due to real estate constrictions, I have to use a crane to lift out the inner tube to remove the remaining cable, attach the new cable and reinsert the tube back inside the tower. In order to make preparations before the crane gets here, I need to know in what fashion is the cable attached to the bottom of the inner tube, and possibly some other important details before I have the tube pulled out. I sure would be grateful if someone in the know could provide this info. 73, George, KE4HW My email is geliepins@nc.rr.com, or via the list is fine. _______________________________________________ See: http://www.mscomputer.com for "Self Supporting Towers", "Wireless Weather Stations", and lot's more.
