Pete,
Check the voltage at your panel and see if it low there.If so it is power
company probles.If not increase the guage of your wire feeding you circuit.If
using a 14 gauge go to 12.Rule of thumb is to increase wire size for ever 100ft
to compinsate for voltage drop.
