Does the owl have his wings spread open or folded at his side? Windload is less if wings are spread open.

Also, it depends whether or not the tower is struck by lightening as that

You'll have to check the archives. I believe geo888@cs.com posted that the
windload is less if the owl is facing true north on a 190 foot freestanding
Rohn 25 tower.
