If you cannot locate grade 5 bolts, pick up some grade 3 hot-dipped
galvanized bolts from Lowes. I have used them with success. Yes, the grade
5 bolts are superior, but the extra strength is likely a design factor that
will only be tested after the tower is stressed beyond guy-breaking forces.

I am looking for some of the Rohn galvanized bolts that are used in the
torque arm assemblies. They are galvanized Grade 5, 2 1/2 in X 3/8. I
have looked at the ones in Grainger and there are some there that will
probably work but would like to use the Rohn nuts and bolts if someone
