Lowe's and Home Depot sell No-Alox.
I use it between sections of my 80m aluminum tower vertical. Just
remember to clean the INSIDE of the section into which the other section
will be inserted. You can use a wire brush inserted in an electric
drill bit .. or simply wrap some emery cloth around a wooden dowel and
scrub a bit.
Be sure to coat the STEEL bolts with silicone seal before using them to
assemble the sections, otherwise they will deteriorate through electrolysis.
Good luck .. but I wouldn't elevate the tower .. just put down lots of
radials on/under the ground.
