[TowerTalk] soldering 259s to buryflex 9914F

When cutting/stripping 9914F/Bury Flex, on that small part between the
center conductor and the braid, do you leave the foil/mylar over the
dielectric or do you strip it off also? Whats the trick to getting it hot
enough to take the solder without melting the dielectric.
