And it's important to add that (at least in my area) this can even
apply to situations where the falling structures have not been properly
permitted, even though required. My car got once got wrecked by an
unpermitted (I proved it) structure blowing down the street in a
hurricane. "Act of God" they said - I had to pay.
The irony of the whole situation was the fact that the structure came
from a church.
