This thing would be super easy to homebrew...
If you can't weld get a welding shop to make up the base. You could hand
him one of the pics from the website to go by. Any welder should be able to
duplicate this pretty easily
Then purchase one of those fiberglass masts you see on ebay all the time.
Viola.. homebrew skypole.
