Pete- Yes, there is (or was) such a base.It is actually a tilt-over base
plate, No. C-750112. BPH-25G.
The plate has two hinge pins, and two lock bolts. This is mounted on the
lower plate that is the one with the 4 bolts to hold it down.
I have one. I could take a pic, and send it off-list, if needed.
