Not to be picky, but ONE time less = ZERO signal

I believe you meant to say:
........you will receive less than 1/1000 the exposure....
and
......expect LESS than 1/10000 the signal strength .....

Comparisons ... the bane of the US advertising industry who have screwed 
it all up.
