If you have 300 ft cable lenght in mind,  LMR 400 will put in you antenna 
73.089 W   putting 100 from your radio.( 1.361 Dbs loss @14Mhz)

i think the best is to have at most 1 Db loss in the feed line

if you can get  7/8 or 3/4  inch 75ohms cable for free (but GOOD or new  not 
yunk old cable) adjust to 50ohms at 20m
