[TowerTalk] strumech /western heavy duty ??

Hi

At our club we have a 3 section latice tower possibly western or stumech heavy 
duty 

we are looking for the correct wiring diagram for the 2 hoist wires for raising 
sections ............we have it working but it seems very hard to raise the 
sections ?
