 Plant trees and wait a few years.  In the meantime plant  utility 
poles, or use aluminum tubing masts or fibreglass masting, either of 
which will require guys.  Flag poles also work well.  ARRL handbooks and 
antenna books show an A frame mast that will go to 30 feet, made from 
2x2 and 2x3 lumber.  It too will need to be guyed.

The main question to ask is will the G5RV work that much better with the 
ends at 30-40 feet than at 15 feet?  I seriously doubt he would notice
