The suggestion to look for copper salvaged from a motor or a power transformer is a good one. I happened upon a few thousand feet, continuous, from a power transformer. Several hams report using steel electric fence wire very successfully and the price is low. 73 de WOØW n4jbk@bellsouth.net wrote: >Does anyone know of a source for inexpensive wire for making up a radial >system? > _______________________________________________ _______________________________________________ TowerTalk mailing list TowerTalk@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/towertalk |
