Are you sure the ones in the packs at Lowes were graded? The only Grade 5
and 8 I've found there were in the drawers. All of the local packs of two I
looked at were without grade marks.

I found by going to a commercial supplier I could purchase boxes of 100 each
for about what it cost me for a dozen bolts of each size in plastic packs
(Ungraded)
