added a buncha feet to the 4ØM monobander's height thataway .. WORKY WORKY!

I seem to remember that the "Old" Rohn used to make an adapter section to do
just that. I think it had a slight taper on one end to go from the 55 to
the 45G spacing. There might be one floating around out there.
