[TowerTalk] Refurbishing tower sections

   The EPA boys are really down on plating & galvanizing Companies to the 
extent that some are going out of business rather than putting up with it. 
Here in the Fla Panhandle the closest places are Atlanta, GA , Mississippi 
and I think Bill, K4XS stated Tampa. To follow the EPA guidelines add 
greatly to the cost , which in turn is passed on.
