[TowerTalk] Rohn 25 questions

Thanks for all the input. I think with the way things are, I'll put the Rohn 
25 up, but more then likely, at 40 ft also. I won't be gaining anything in 
the way of performance, but I'll at least have a stronger tower, and maybe 
be able to put a C3 on it someday.
