I have had over 100 middle aged members of our Scottsdale Ski Club yelling
and screaming like teenagers on at least three occasions with a 110 ft
rotating tower on the South side and a 150 ft tower on thw North side of my
property and hav not had any complaints. I have invited the neighbors but
they have never showed up. You might give that a try.
