[TowerTalk] 30m Dipole

I had a book that said 468 divided by frequency for wires only, and 455 divided 
by frequency for tubing.I always added 6% to the 468 for wires and started 
trimming 3 inches off each end. Never had to cut much off the inverted vee 
since it was about 5% longer than if it was totally horizontal(dipole).
