[TowerTalk] HV Power Lines

Not sure anymore about this.  It  seems that many, many years ago, Katashi 
Nose, KH6IJ, might have done some  measurements/analysis on HV lines and 
noise/SWR variations with reference to HV  lines as he rotated his arrays.  I 
think 
this was in the 60's.  Might  be worth the check.
