Motor voltage is 28 - 42 VAC, current is not specified.

There is no recommended cable length (short as possible I guess).  Minimum
size for the three motor conductors is #18.  Over 125' - #16, over 200' -
#14, over 300' - #12, over 450' - you're on your own.  For the two reed
switch (position indicator) conductors it's #22 - 24 regardless of length.

On the old OR2800 rotor with the AC motor, what is
the motor voltage and current (under full rated load)?
What is the recommended cable wire size and length?

To identify a 2800 vs a 2300:

The case is marked "M2" and the cable goes out though
a strain relief, not a 7 pin connector. Thus it must be
a 2800, right?
