you have it and the situation correct...  and I have learned from this fine 
group not all 90' Sky needle towers are/ were the same ...  as time went 
along revisions were incorporated into production runs ..  and indeed at 
105.00 per hour, as well my living 1 hour away from the nearest wire rope 
fab shop does not work out to be a plus  ....  unless it was say a 2 hour 
drive ..then the one hour wouldn't look so bad  ...
