Are you talking from computer to computer in your Hopper or out going.
Computer to computer would be hard especially if your downloading off the
computer that means its sending at that speed so it should be symetrical.
Now Out bound and down load off the Internet is different.
Many outbound services (To the INET) are limted much more than the inbound.
I have 6meg/380 meaning 6 megs down from the inet and 380kbs upload.
