And what Bill is describing happens in other states, including Tennessee where
this was exactly the course of events related to a major strike here in 1995.
After being canceled, I had to pay higher rates for the next three years AND
demonstrate 'reasonable steps' to prevent similar future damage even to be
covered by another insurance company. Polyphaser products were part of this.
Now almost 12 years down the road from the date of the strike, with NO damage
of any form related to lightning, it's been a very good investment for my
situation.
