I searched through the archives and found plenty of references to using
ferrites/toroids as baluns, but nothing that led me to using ferrites/toroids
as part of LC traps for dipoles.
Have I missed the thread or are we on new ground? Will I get better efficiency
and quality control than say a coax trapped dipole or a more traditional open
coil LC trap? My objective is a multi-band trapped dipole to handle 100 watts.
Thanks and 73
