I received an email from Gary Smith (_gary@ustower.com_
(mailto:gary@ustower.com) ), who saw my post on towertalk. He believes that
my problem is due to
insufficient voltage at the motor. Several other guys expressed the same
opinion. Gary says that there is usually no reason to change the gearbox oil,
but if you do they recommend "90 weight gear oil."
