There's no inherent polarity in the RCS-8V.  You could easily run it 
with a common hot, and open collector type drivers.

I use a kit board from Velleman that has serial data input on two 
wires (they have a RF remote too) and has 8 low power (1A) relays to 
control a RCS8V.
