Not sure what you mean by "up for grabs".
All of these patents are expired which means that
patent monopoly is no longer granted to the inventors
and, hence, anyone os free to practice the art
embodied in the patents.
Hence, if by "up for grabs" you mean that anyone can
set up shop, manufacture, and build the designs
disclosed in the patent - that is correct.
But if you mean that someone can "acquire" the patents
and continue to enjoy a patent monopoly (i.e., exclude
anyone else from practising the art in the patent(s)),
that is incorrect - the patent are all expired.
