I wouldn't think there's any real difference.  They interact in both 
cases, and in both cases you have to take those interactions into 
account (e.g. by adjusting the tuning or phasing network to get the 
tuning right).  If you are doing one of the "current forcing" 
schemes, there might be an issue because the match network (being 
reactive) will change the phase.
