Hi folks:

I have a TR-44 Rotator and controller that has been working well but has
been a slight bit off since i installed it - the needle would stop b4 it
reached the end of its rotation on CCW and the end of rotation would arrive
b4 the stop on CW.

I followed the instructions for calibration (run it all the way left and
twist the zero needle screw till its at the end mark, then run it all the
way right and twist the knob on the back to achieve the stop on the right)

now when i run the rotator, the antenna turns for about 90 degrees before i
get any deflection in the meter and then when i let off the handle and try
it again it reads correctly (where the rotator is actually pointing) and
then if i go the opposite direction back to where i want it to be it arrives

Can anyone explain whats happening and more importantly what i do about it?

Thanks
