My advice is to only buy from companies that have good customer service and
technical support.

I am happy you got your Force 12 antenna. My story isn't as pleasant.
I placed an order for a Force 12 6BA through Texas Towers on June 14 and was
promised
a delivery date of July 21. After 14 weeks of waiting and 4 different ship
dates (the latest
was to ship on Oct 2), in frustration I cancelled my order. Out of about 15
phone calls
made to Force 12 to get status, I got through to a human 3 or 4 times. The
remainder of
the calls resulted in a voice recorder.
This ordeal is unfortunate, because I currently have two dual monobander
Force
12 beams
for 40/20 and 15/10 that are good performers. I hope that Force 12 can
improve
their
customer relations in the future because they do make a good product.
Lets see, where did I put those antenna catalogs. Maybe an Optibeam or M2
antenna?
Oh, one more thing. I talked with Jill at Force 12 on Monday, September 17
and
asked
about Force 12 being sold. She said there is no truth to that rumour.
My advice if buying Force 12 is to order 4 months in advance.
