Hmmmm...My experience is quite the opposite. I acquired an old KT-34XA
18 months ago and had numerous questions for M-Squared. All were
answered quickly and thoroughly *and* I was able to purchase individual
components that permitted me to upgrade the driven elements to the new
KT-36XA design. For one, I was very pleased with the experience.
