[TowerTalk] ProSisTel PST61C keystroke codes

Hoping someone out there has the default reset sequence.  I apparently 
fatfingered my box into going slow while fixing some other problems.  Manual 
has no info.  last year, Jay got me one seq which renews the program if 
power is removed for too long, but this is no help.
