Considering 40 meter 2-3 element M2--linear loaded.

Hi Grant,
1) I had a linear loaded 2el 80 (M2) and was very disappointed with it. I
would not put up a linear loaded anything again.
2) My choice. Fairly low in cost and switchable in 4 directions.
3) This is OK but I believe it's bidirectional only.
This past Summer I built a 2el 80 mtr Yagi with high-Q loading coils ( like
W6ANR, K7ZV, et al) and it is a killer antenna. It's at 145 feet. I do not
have room for a 4 square.
