[TowerTalk] LPDA Feed systems

I'm considering a 10-30 LPDA and am wondering if anyone can comment on the pros 
and cons of split boom (Tennadyne) vs. open wire feed line (M2).  Are either of 
those approaches more or less prone to problems with ice/rain and interaction 
with other antennas in the vicinity?
