The UT-8000 doesn't work on LMR-400 but you can go here and look around.

For those who are thinking about getting a UT-8000 for RG-213, RG-8, Davis
RF Bury-Flex and other .405 o/d coax.....the UT-8000 is definitely worth the
$39 from DX Engineering.
This thing gets it right every time and I prepped the first coax in less
than 30 seconds.
After that, it was a lot quicker and perfect too.
Never use a knife of any kind.....
Been there, done that...and it ain't worth a damn.
